I've been very impressed with McNorton from the first call to the individuals that came out to provide quotes and services. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful.

Britney and Lauri have been excellent when calling in or going into the office. Both very friendly and helpful.
Raymond who came out and gave me a quote for a generator took the time to go over everything and answer any questions and definitely demonstrated he was quite knowledgeable.
Mason who came out to service our A/C unit was very friendly and also demonstrated his knowledge of the system and its function and parts.

Again everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional and friendly. The other component I really appreciate is you always know who you are dealing with and aren't going through an answering service. You don't get sales pushes for anything unlike some other services and it is straight forward and helpful. They also are priced very fairly. This is a friendly, helpful business that I foresee continuing service with for many years to come.
