For this job I arrived and was informed the system was not cooling properly I checked the thermostats to make sure that they were set to the correct temperature. The one they were concerned about was set on a temporary hold, causing the system to bounce back-and-forth between settings. I checked both rooftop units. Make sure drain lines were clear compressors were working in both stages. I was able to get both thermostats to drop down to 69° inside the store. at this time both systems are running and operating correctly.
