I was informed that the system was not cooling, the customer still wanted me to come out and look at this after hours it is 12:23 in the morning and prior to inspection It was determined that the indoor air handler has not properly been hooked up the outdoor conditioning units communication line isn’t even connected. The panels are off Bolts and screws are missing and this will take some time to repair and get the system up and running I’ve informed the customer and she is OK with this. She will be talking with her team about us coming back out next week to repair this system and get it back up and running.

I arrived and was informed the system was not cooling properly upon inspection I noticed freezer sized ice cubes around the downstairs basement furnace, and also noticed the system was not frozen over the system did seem a little slightly undercharged so I decided to gas up the system a little bit for weekend comfort and let’s monitor from there as of now the system is cooling properly, but we will need to come back sometime during normal business hours to reevaluate this system.

The customer stated the system had started back working and upon inspection the system seemed to be running good, but since I was already here, I wanted to just double check a few things I checked the capacitor and noticed it was a little weak. I replaced the capacitor with a new 60 x 5 capacitor and cycled the system a few times verifying the system is running correctly at this point everything is OK.

For this job we arrived. It was informed two AC systems on the second floor hallway was not working at terrace one upon inspection. It was determined that one of the AC systems bus fuse needed to be replaced. We replaced the bus fuse with a new one supplied by Azalea trace and the system is operational. The second one we spent trying to diagnosed but come to the conclusion. The main board on the air handler will need to be replaced. We have one ordered and will be here between 5 to 7 business days.

We tested the system in both heat and cool mode. Also checking the amperage and bolts supplying the system and making sure the breaker is properly connected and not shorting out. We found no issues with the system at this time and the system is still running and operating correctly, and according to the secretary, the system has been running all day smoothly.

Pradesh Jan, I arrived and was informed that mini split system was leaking water. I blew out the drain line and monitored the system and everything is working correctly. Also, upon arrival I noticed that the temperature was set as low as it can go and the system was running full blast and nobody knows for how long.

This job we arrived. I was notified the system was not cooling properly upon inspection and hooking gauges up. System is leaking Refrigerant and is an old R 22 system. Indoor outdoor 2 1/2 ton. Customer does want to go up to a 3 ton system. the leak is located in the coils on the outdoor condensing unit. I have sent Scott pictures and sizes for the new systems installation and an estimate will be sent to the customer.

For this job, I just done a preventive maintenance on a generator. I changed the oil swap the oil filter and checked amp draws, and hertz at the switchboard reset the maintenance setting on the generator and the system is running correctly

Whose job I arrived and was informed the mini split system outside was not running upon inspection. It was determined that the control board will will need to be replaced. Spoke with the customer and the customer agreed to replace the control board which is still under warranty. We have a new control board ordered from Hinkle and will be here as soon as possible.

I swapped out the filters that were supplied by the customers in the two returns filter sizes were 12 x 24. I also checked the pressures on the outdoor condensing unit, revealing a good sub, cool and good superheat level was also reading correctly indicating no leak as of this time this system is running and operating correctly.

For this job, I’ve done a preventive maintenance on the indoor and outdoor system for this year‘s summer season. During this preventive maintenance, it was established that the outdoor condensing unit coil condition is unsatisfactory as the coils are deteriorating and very brittle due to the age of the system. The system is an R 22 system. The overall system is running and functioning properly but it is recommended to look into the possibilities of replacing the system here in the future also upon this inspection I checked all amp draws between the compressor, contactors capacitors, and fan motors on the indoor and outdoors systems. Also check the refrigerant levels on this R 22 system all refrigerant levels, sub cool and superheat were correct though I was getting a higher temp split at 25.6 indicating lower airflow spoke with the customer about these issues and they are aware. Overall, the system at this time is running at its best capability.

Hi this, yeah I arrived. It was informed the system was not cooling properly upon inspection. It was determined that the capacitor on top of the roof needed to be replaced. I replaced the capacitor with a 45 x 5 µm capacitor as well as the outdoor disconnect had burnt up and also needed to be replaced. I replaced the outdoor disconnect with a new disconnect turn the system on and tested the system in cool mode and the system is running with a perfect temp split

This job I arrived and was informed that the system was freezing up upon hours of investigation. It was hard to determine where the leak was coming from that was causing this system to lose refrigerant I spoke to the customer/homeowner about this and informed him of the condition of this system and the age of the system, and he has decided to move forward with replacing the system. We will credit him some of this service fee upon completion of the new system.

I was informed that one of the systems seemed to be really humid inside the lobby area and events were leaking condensation upon inspection. It was verified that the doors on the package unit located on top of the roof Had came off. I’m assuming due to wind and was causing humidity to enter the building. I put the doors back on head pressure dropped, and the system is running and operating correctly.
