Finish job I arrived. It was informed the system was not running upon inspection. It was determined the contractor was default and was in need to replace due to ants inside the contactor. I replaced the contactor and the system is running and operating correctly.

Feder Java done a preventive maintenance on an inside and outside system. I started the preventive maintenance in the cooling cycle, checking all amp draws between the compressor both fan motors, indoor and out contactors and capacitors. I also check to make sure that no fault goes with showing on the board And that the refrigerant charge was correct with a good sub cool and super heat as well as making sure the temperature split was correct. I also checked to make sure that the heat cycle was kicking on. The customer stated they were having issues with the temperature. They had a nest thermostat that was showing a higher temperature than what the room temperature Was And asked me to put their old thermostat back on.
