For this job, we came to get information for building an estimate for replacing customers indoor and outdoor system. Customer would like to go with a ream unit, so Scott is going to work up a quote at the office and give to the customer.
For this job we were informed the system was not cooling upon a rival. The thermostat was set to 74° and the indoor temperature was 71°. All pressure test and amp draws are good and this system is running and operating correctly. We have been out here a lot for the same issue and it seems like every time we come the system is working.
System is working correctly
For this job, I’ve done a preventive maintenance on the indoor and outdoor 3 1/2 ton system checking all amp draws between the compressor contactors fan motors and capacitors. Also check the refrigerant charge sub cool and super heat. I checked the tip split as well as swapped out the filter supplied by the customer upon inspection I was getting a high temp split and it was determined they return grill is too small and a new grill needs to be added for proper airflow. I spoke with the customer and we will get an estimate put together and presented to her.
Morgen May showed up EXACTLY on time. He was pleasant to deal with. He did our generator annual checkup & oil change efficiently and smoothly. A pleasure to work with!

For this preventive maintenance on the indoor and outdoor system checking and draws between the compressor, contactors capacitors fan motors, etc. also check the refrigerant level and Tim split between the return and supply at this time. The system is running and operating correctly. We also blew out the drain line and swapped out the filter provided by the customer I also gave the customer a 15% discount due to all the confusion with scheduling. I’ll be back.
Arrived at Florida children’s Baptist Hospital please show me to the kitchen said she was pretty sure it was the vent for that went up in the attic and noticed that the range vent had completely fell, due to failure from straps. Free fastened metal to range hood screwed it and taped before restrapping Cut 5foot piece of sheet metal size and installed to existing elbow turned up to roof cap
For this job, I arrived and noticed water leaking from the unit to the left of the two systems that are twin together upon inspection. It was determined that the threaded line going into the system for the safety drain had came undone and just needed to be tightened up, I tightened the drain up and cleaned up all the water out of the floor and replaced the filter supplied by the customer monitor the system for a little while, and no water is leaking at this time.
But this job I returned and repaired the PVC drain coming out of the air handler. Use two couplings a little piece of pipe and some glue leak is repaired and no longer leaking.
For this job, I done a preventive maintenance on an inside and outside condensing unit and air handler checking the system in cool mode and making sure all areas were operating correctly. I checked the amp draws between the fan motors, compressor, contactors and capacitors as well as making sure the system was calling for proper 24 V in cool mode. Check for adequate temp split as well as making sure the refrigerant charge was improper standings with a good sub cool and super heat. This system is running and operating correctly but will need a return visit for minor repairs on the drain line. Customer is aware and we will reschedule a new visit.
INSTALL 2 TON MINI SPLIT DAIKIN SYSTEM
Yeah, I arrived. Spoke with the customer about the issues with the system. Controlling the downstairs area. Customer states the downstairs area is not cooling. Upon inspection it was determined the outside fan motor on the condensing unit had locked up and was in need of replacement replacement. We had the replacement motor picked up from Johnstone and delivered here to me also with a new 7.5 capacitor and the fan motor was installed. System has been tested and running properly.
For this job, I arrived and there’s two air handlers twin together. Unit number one was not running. Unit number two was working fine but unit number two was leaking upon inspection with unit number one. It was determined the fan motor needed to be replaced. We put a recovery motor in and the system is running and operating correctly. As far as system number two leaking the drain line was clogged and in order for us to unclog it we had to cut the drain line out remove it clear the clog in the pan and reinstall the plumbing after everything was reinstalled. Both systems was put back together and tested in cool mode and is running operationally correct
From calling in and speaking to a VERY friendly person, to technicians showing up on time, to completing the work in a timely manner and then cleaning up when completed, cannot as for more. This is my 2nd experience with McNorton and I am not been disappointed yet.

Whether it's worth fixing a furnace depends on its age, the extent of the repairs needed, and the cost. If repairs are minor and the furnace is relatively new, it’s often worth fixing. For older units with significant issues, replacement might be more cost-effective.
If your furnace is running but not producing heat, it could be due to a malfunctioning thermostat, a clogged filter, or an issue with the heating elements. Contact our professional technicians to diagnose and fix the problem.
